Non-Returnable Items:

At Vogue By Rosh, all products are carefully inspected before dispatch. Therefore, we do not accept returns in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video for assistance.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• Wrong size received (subject to stock availability)
• Damaged or defective product
• Incorrect item delivered

• Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
